The Philippine Jesuit Ordo is committed to providing a spiritual and liturgical resource while strictly protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our “Privacy by Design” approach for this application.

1. Information Collection and Use

The Philippine Jesuit Ordo mobile application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. * No Registration: Users are not required to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal identifiers to use the app.

• No Tracking: We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics tools to monitor individual user behavior or location.

2. Offline Functionality and Local Storage

To assist users in areas with limited or unstable internet connectivity (such as remote chapels or mission stations), the application is designed to function primarily offline.

• Local Database: Upon installation or update, the app downloads a local database of Mass readings and Jesuit necrology data. This information is stored locally on your device.

• No Data Uploads: The app does not “phone home” or upload any data from your device to our servers. All interactions with the daily readings and Jesuit records happen exclusively on your hardware.

3. Permissions

The app may require minimal device permissions strictly necessary for its core functionality:

• Network Access: Used only to download the initial database or updates for future liturgical years.

• Storage: Used only to save the local database of readings for offline access.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Since we do not collect any user data, we do not share, sell, or trade any information with third parties.
