AdDU’s ARISEn Laboratory (ARISEn Lab) built the KALASAG Database System for KALASAG to automate their graduation process. This SERVICE is provided by ARISEn Lab at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect will be used for graduation information that will be processed and used by KALASAG. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

As our data subject, you may avail of the guarantees provided by Section 16 of RA 10173, or the Data Privacy Act, which includes the rights to be informed, to object, access, rectify, erasure or blocking, data portability, file a complaint, and to the payment of damages.

Your personal information as a student, or KALASAG staff, may be processed manually or by automated means, upon your request or consent, or upon the lawful order of any competent authority, or by virtue of the mandate of the University, as an employer, and as an educational institution. Their disclosure and sharing shall only be upon your consent, or as required by law, with relevant private or public persons, offices, or entities.

For the students and KALASAG Staff, the privacy of academic and other relevant personal information, which forms part of their permanent records, is protected by the University from the moment of admission. Incumbent students may access their information via the secured portals dedicated for this particular purpose.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services.
